Условно хорошее состояние. Обложка, титульный лист и страницы 1-16 частично отходят от блока. Блок обрезан неровно. Помета чернилами на обложке и нахзаце. Следы от замятий, мелкие надрывы на обложке. Небольшая утрата на корешке. Владельческая подпись чернилами на титульном листе. Встречаются небольшие пятна от влаги на некоторых страницах. Мелкие надрывы у основания страниц. Загибы уголков некоторых страниц, края немного помяты.
Книга написана с целью подготовки общественного мнения Австро-Венгрии к мысли о необходимости вооруженного столкновения с Россией и Сербией.
