Состояние условно хорошее. Трещины в блоке. Страницы 97-98, 111-112 и одна вклейка отделены от книги. Часть страниц загрязнена, имеются пятна (в том числе на титульном листе). Владельческие записи карандашом (1945 год) на свободном листе нахзаца. Переплет загрязнен, затерт, в царапинах; края и углы крышек, верх и низ корешка побиты.
