Юрий Борисович Норштейн (род. 15 сентября 1941) — советский и российский режиссер мультипликационного кино и художник-мультипликатор. Народный артист Российской Федерации (1996). Лауреат Государственной премии СССР (1979). Большую часть работ создал, работая на студии «Союзмультфильм».
