Владимир Евгеньевич Верещагин (р. 1949) — художник, график. В 1972 г. окончил факультет промышленного искусства ЛВХПУ им. В.И. Мухиной. С 1985 года член Союза художников России. Занимается живописью, малоформатной и станковой гравюрой. Организатор ряда экспозиций малых форм графики. Работает в различных техниках, но основная – офорт. Лауреат международных конкурсов и выставок экслибриса.
