Late 1900's Large Sun-Purpled Lamp
For your consideration late 1900's large sun-purpled lamp. This is a finely crafted lamp with coloring to the glass called sun-purpled and a good bronze de3coration to the neck of the lamp. Upon exposure to sunlight, this glass will turn a light pink or lavender to moderately dark amethyst or even a deep purple depending on the amount of manganese in the glass mix and amount of ultraviolet (UV) light. The condition of this lamp is good with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this lamp are 53" x 16" x 16".
