Nossa Senhora das Dores. Escultura em marfim Indo-Português do séc. XVIII
Our Lady of Sorrows in partially painted and gilded ivory. Indo-Portuguese sculpture from the 18th century. The image is depicted standing with hands folded over the chest, wearing long robes with abundant drapery. Resting on a carved base with a vegetal element in the center. With a halo. Part of the left foot is broken and glued, worn, with cracks, missing parts, and defects. Approximate weight: 208 g; Approximate height: 15 cm. Notre-Dame des Douleurs en ivoire partiellement peint et doré. Sculpture indo-portugaise du XVIIIe siècle. L'image est représentée debout, les mains jointes sur la poitrine, vêtue de longs vêtements avec de nombreux drapés. Reposant sur une base sculptée avec un élément végétaliste au centre. Avec un éclat. Partie du pied gauche cassée et collée, usures, fissures, manques et défauts.
