The letter is a letter of thanks to Mr. Wolfe for his congratulations to Herzl. Typed on the page of the Executive Committee of the Zionist Congress, Vienna, 3/2/1904. Letter dimensions: 27.5X21.5 cm. Good condition, slight tears and rust stains.
