Rare letter by R' Boruch Ber Leibowitz, 1927.
Written to Mrs. Piesker, with very warm wishes upon her moving to Eretz Yisroel.
Seams to be the only letter where R' Baruch Ber discusses the Yeshiva while it was in Vilna (the first time) and its finances.
R' Baruch Ber Leibowitz (1864-1940), was one of the most prominent students of R. Chaim Brisker and was a leading Rosh yeshiva in Lithuania in the era immediately preceding the Holocaust. His yeshiva in Kaminetz became a great center of Torah with students coming from all over the world to hear his Shiurim. His classic work Birchas Shmuel is a fundamental work learned in many Yeshivos worldwide.
Size: 28.5 x 22 cm.
