This sefer is from the library of Rav Shlomo Carlbach Zt"l the Mashgiach, that he inherited from his father Harav Yosef Tzvi Carlbach Zt"l, the last Chief Rabbi of Hamburg Germany. [Part of the library Rav Yosef Tzvi Zt"l bought from the widow of Rav Amrom Hirsh Zt"l a Rav in Hamburg]. Rav Yosef Tzvi Zt"l hid away his library before the Holocaust in a summer retreat and at the end of the war, his son Rav Shlomo Zt"l, who survived the Holocaust, found the library intact and managed to bring it to America were it remained in his possession until his passing.
