מכתב ארוך (4 עמודים מלאים) בכתב ידו וחתימתו של רבי רפאל הצרפתי. מחכמי ורבני מאזאגאן וג'דידא שבמרוקו. המכתב נשלח אל ידידו הדיין רבי ידידיה מונסוניגו. תרצ"ג.
בעמוד הראשון דברי הסבר על ההבדלים בכתיבת הגט בין זמן מרן והרמ"א לזמנינו, בעמוד זה פותח רבי רפאל בדברי שבח לרבי ידידיה, בסוף העמוד חתימת ידו. בשלשה העמודים הבאים כל סדר כתיבת ונתינת הגט לפרטי פרטים.
