מכתב מאת הרבנות הראשית למחוז יפו ותל אביב. עם שתי חתימות רבה של העיר רבי בן ציון מאיר חי עוזיאל, לימים הראשון לציון והרב הראשי לישראל. המכתב נשלח אל הרבנות הראשית לישראל. בנידון פסק מזונות לאשה, "נבקשכם להודיענו אם ינתן מצדכם פסק למזונות האשה בימים הקרובים, במקרה שלא אנחנו נפסוק בנד"ז".
