כתב יד, סידור תכלאל, ובו תפילות כל השנה. עם ניקוד. כולל תפילות יום חול, שבתות, כתר מלכות, שלש רגלים, ראש השנה, יום הכיפורים, כולל סליחות, סדר העבודה, הגדה של פסח ועוד. תימן, ראשית או אמצע המאה ה – 19.
בסוף תפילת שחרית של חול חתימת הכותב "והכותב קל הקלים בעפר רגלי החכמים משה בן יחיא אלקאפח יצ"ו", עם חתימת ידו המסולסלת.
[קכג] דף. כתובים משני צדדים. כתיבה מסודרת ונאה. שלם. 16 \ 11 ס"מ. מצב בינוני מחמת שימוש. כתמים ובלאי שימוש. כריכה ישנה.
