כתב יד, כולל שלש מגילות, שיר השירים, רות וקהלת, עם תרגום ופירוש רש"י בכל עמוד. תיקון ליל שבועות, עם תפלה לאומרה קודם הלימוד, ונוסח לשם יחוד. התיקון כולל את התורה, נביאים וכתובים, משניות, אדרא רבא ואדרא זוטא. תימן, המאה ה – 19.
בסוף הכתב יד קולפוון הכותב "הכותב עפרא רקיקא... דחבריא יוסף ן' יחיא ן'... ב' ניסן..."
צג דף. כתובים משני צדדים. מספור הדפים מקורי. בתחילת הכתב יד שער מסוגנן. 22 \ 17 ס"מ.
בדף ראשון (שער) ודף אחרון פגמים וחסרון שולים. כתמים. מצב כללי טוב. כריכה חדשה.
