Corner Notched St. Charles Dovetail Point
Dovetail corner notched blade point. Dovetail points are also known as St. Charles and Plevna points. They are found throughout the eastern half of the contiguous United States and are named for the county in Missouri from which they were first identified in 1951 by Edward G. Scully.
