Possibly Agate Basin lanceolate or Benton blade. Benton blades were first found by Madeline Kneberg in 1956 at the Eva site in Benton County, Tennessee. The agate basin lanceolate blades were identified by Frank H. H. Roberts Jr. and published by Maria Wormington and were first found between 1943-1957 in the Agate Basin Site in eastern Wyoming. These blades are found throughout North America.
