Shulchan Aruch - Yoreh De'ah, pocket-sized edition. Printed in the lifetime of the author in 1574, a mere nine years after the first edition.
It should be noted that this edition does not contain the commentary of the Rema since it had not yet been published at the time. The Rema's additions were first printed a few years later, starting in 1578.
This edition is extremely scarce. An interesting characterization of this volume is seen on the title page, stating the reason why it was printed in this small format.
On pp. 104, a small gloss is seen, seemingly from the period of the printing.
