Questions & answers by Rav Mordechai Halberstadt, Av Beis Din of Dusseldorf- Rare sefer, since it was put into cherem by Frankfurt's Rabbonim due to the Pnei Yehoshua's answer which appears in the sefer (section 26) on the subject of "Tumas Ohel" regarding the main street in the Jewish section of Frankfurt.
Signature of Rav Moshe Freind-Paks on title page, disciple of the Chassam Sofer and author of "Seder Mishnah". Son of Rav Yitzchak Isaac Grieshaber, Av Beis Din of Paks. A few notations by him appear in the sefer.
The sefer was passed on afterwards to Rav Moshe Halevi Pollak, Av Beis Din of Bonyhad (5605-5649) author of "Vaydaber Moshe" and one of the greatest disciples of the Kesav Sofer. His stamp appears on title page. (see more about him in "Hechassam Sofer Vetalmidav", page 524)
