Handwritten and signed dedication of Rav Naftoli Carlebach, Av Beis Din of Baden (Austria) written in honor of the Bar Mitzvah of one of his students. Rav Naftoli Carlebach, Av Beis Din of Baden (5649-5728) son of Rav Shlomo Carlebach Av Beis Din of Lubeck, from 5690 Av Beis Din of Baden, Austria. After Austria's annexation to the Nazi empire he escaped with his family to Lithuania and from there to the United States.
The dedication is written on Sefer Toras Chaim by Rav Chaim of Kosov. Grosswardein 5687 [1927] Good condition.
