Letter from Rav Meshulam Yissachar HaLevi Horowitz to Rav Zev Wolf Leiter, regarding building a mikvah and bringing a Heaven-fearing shochet ubodek to the city of ליטוק.
Rav Meshulam Yissachar was the son of Rav Pinchas HaLevi Horowitz, Av Beis Din of ברודשין, and grandson of the 'Bar Livay'. Rav Meshulam perished in the holocaust. ['Encyclopedia Lechachmei Galicia' part two, page 316]. His comments on the Beis Dovid responsa were printed in the sefer's Machon Yerushalayim edition.
Litok 5690 [1930]. Size: 14x18 cm. Written on both sides. Tears without damage to text.
