Beis Din verdict, with signature of Rav Avraham ben Rav Yaakov HaCohen Szekely and of an additional dayan, seemingly: Rav Avraham ben Rav Yosef HaCohen Szekely.
Rav Avraham HaCohen Szekely ben Rav Yaakov HaCohen Szekely, of the Rabbonim in the city of Cohanim: Debdou. He served as a dayan and moreh tzedek. Passed away outside of his hometown before 5596 ('Malchey Rabbanan' page 10a).
