Rare Document of Land Confiscation by German Reich 1941
Rare document issued by the department of the superior SS and Polizei department in West Prussia and Danzig about the land seizure or confiscation of some lands that belonged to a Polish woman. Seizure of lands from Jews and Poles was very common during German occupation. All those lands were thereafter in German hands and never given back to their legal owners. This document is just an example of such an unfair measure. It uses stationery from the Land registry for confiscation of lands from Jews and Poles. It also has a very nice ink stamp on it. Letterhead of the Upper SS and Police Chief for Danzig and West Prussia, Experts' commission deparment of the conolidation of the German Folklore.
