French saber model AN XI in scabbard. ORIGINAL Length in scabbard 105.0 cm. saber length without scabbard 101.5 cm BLADE: length 88 cm CONDITION: good. without damages. MAIN SIGNATURES: name of the Klingenthal factory and date of production July 1814. In addition, technical inspection marks shown in the photo HANDLE: closed, brass. Leather with small defects CROSSGUARD: technical inspection marks on the longest bow. SCRAP: made of sheet steel. Neck with screw-on flange. Scabbard with two handles and movable support wheels. The lower part, over the spur, has dents that do not affect the work of the saber in the vagina. Scabbard length: 92 cm. An interesting fact is that the saber was made just after the fall of Napoleon in 1814, and before his return on the famous 100 days in 1815.
