ג'ון פוסטר דאלס - 1959-1888. היה מדינאי אמריקאי. כיהן כמזכיר המדינה בממשלו של נשיא ארה"ב דווייט אייזנהאואר. היה ידוע בעמדותיו הבלתי מתפשרות כלפיי בריה"מ והקומוניזם, דבר שעיצב במידה רבה את המלחמה הקרה בשנות ה-50. מדיניותו כלפיי ישראל לא הייתה אוהדת.
