CALLIMACO (310 a.C.- 235 a.C.) - Callimaco greco-italiano ora pubblicato. Parma: Giambattista Bodoni, 1792. The "folio grande" edition printed with "caratteri unciali". "Edition d'une beauté achevée tirée à 160 exemplaires; elle fut épuisée aussitot la publication" (Renouard). "Ne furono tirate ancora 100 copie in carta di Londra, 6 in carta d'Anonnay ed una in cartapecora che ebbe Lord Spencer; ma del solo testo e frontespizio in greco" (Brooks). Folio grande (450 x 305mm). Engraved vignette at the beginning of the text (occasional light spots, the final two leaves lightly shorter at bottom margin but uncut like the others). Later half red leather, uncut (extremities lightly rubbed) Brooks 441.
