FENELON, François de Salignac de La Mothe-Fénelon (1651-1715) - Les aventures de Télémaque. Parma: Giambattista Bodoni, 1812. An uncut copy of this "Magnifica edizione. tirata a sole 150 copie" (Brooks). 2 volumes, folio (465 x 315mm). Vol. I with preliminary leaves present but bound out of order, first volume ends with p.396 (erroneously noted as p. 398 in Brooks; some dampstaining, small repair to top corner of final leaf). Contemporary half red calf, gilt spine, uncut (extremities lightly rubbed). Brooks 1125. Provenance: Gian Paolo Montanini (antiquarian bookseller).
