ORTELIUS, Abraham (1527-1598) - Africae Tabula Nova. Antwerp: 1570. (415 x 545mm). A good impression of Ortelius' map of Africa from the first edition of the Theatrum Orbis Terrarum, cartouche coloured in contemporary hand (some minor repairs in the margins just touching bottom left corner of plate).
