A NORWEGIAN SILVER BARTISMAL SPOON LATE 19TH C

A baptismal spoon by David Andersen of Oslo. Decorated with an engraved image of the Mother of God and a relief handle in the form of the Mother of God with the baby Jesus in her right arm and angel's figure in her left arm. On the reverse side there is an emblem with the initials of IK and the inscription: "ANO 1412". Marked with 830 silver standard and manufacturer's stamp.
