Signed by John Reardon to Elburn Rochford, along with the handwritten letter. Provenance: from the estate of 1950's NYC newspaper editorialist Elburn Rochford. Rochford was the granddaughter of 19th Century American corrupt mayor Alonso "Dirty Doc" Ames in Minneapolis Minnesota.
