A very interesting lot of a book and a sculpture by the same artist Livingston Welch 1901-1976. Provenance: from the estate of 1950's NYC newspaper editorialist Elburn Rochford. Rochford was the granddaughter of 19th Century American corrupt mayor Alonso "Dirty Doc" Ames in Minneapolis Minnesota.
