Letter from Rabbi Eliyahu Elmaliach from the Controversy of Nissim Shmama's Will
Printed letter from Rabbi Eliyahu Elmaliach of Algeria in which he requests that rabbis render their opinions regarding the minister Nissim Shmama's will. As is known, the matter roused a huge halachic controversy. Livorno, 1879.
Rabbi Eliyahu Elmaliach dealt very much with this affair and authored Mishpatei HaYerushah and Kuntress Megaleh Amikta.
