Letter dated 1929, expressing blessings and good wishes on the wedding of the son of the Rabbi of Somlyo.
Rabbi Tzvi Aryeh Yehuda Meisels (1851-1933), son of Rabbi David Dov Meisels – Rabbi of Lask, succeeded his father as Rabbi of Lask (1876) and was renowned for his rabbinic scholarship and recognised as a great authority on the laws of Aguna. Author of Chedvas Yaakov.
Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Ehrenreich (1863-1944), grandson and disciple of Rabbi Avraham Yehuda Schwartz – author of Kol Aryeh, Rabbi of Szikso (1888), Csaba (1892) and Somlyo (1899) where he headed a large Yeshiva and was greatly respected. Author of Lechem Shlomo and 30 unpublished manuscripts - lost after his murder in the Holocaust.
