A FRENCH ENAMEL-PAINTED CHARGER PLATE, CIRCA 1900
A hand-painted charger plate with a very beautiful and sophisticated Renaissance ornament on the border and gilding. In the center of the octagonal medallion is the Betrothal of the Virgin Mary (after Raphael).
