Siddur Derech HaChaim with 'Nehora HaShalem' per Sephard custom. Lemberg, printed by Rabbi Avraham Yosef Madpis, in Slavuta lettering. 1855. Two parts.
The first title page is partially in red ink. On the final leaf: "Laws and customs as heard from ... the rabbi, the gaon and tzaddik, the Av Beit Din of Botshash.
The siddur is not listed by the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book and is not found in the National Library.
