A silver Tetradrachm in the name of Alexander III 'the Great' (336-323 B.C.E.), Amphipolis. Obv.: Head of Herakles facing right, wearing lion skin headdress. Rev.: Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and sceptre. To left, Λ above torch; below throne, dolphin right. On right, Greek inscription AΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ ('Alexander').
