25x32 cm. Amulet printed with red ink on paper, Eliyahu Hanavi Zachur L'Tov society, "chamsa" at center, flanked by prayers and incantations against the evil eye from the Chida. Tears in the folds, preserved in thick plastic, moderate condition.
