JNF 2nd issue stamp issue: left double-tab 10-stamp row of 1902 dark blue on blue Zion Stamp, marked F 1 & serial 13260 denoting 2nd printing of France-Switzerland-Belgium issue (16 Jan 1902); serrate rouletted; MNH & ungummed as issued; Roch 2J. No watermark visible (some other national issues are observed with watermarks even though all printing for all countries was done by the same firm in Vienna). There are 2 folds to the area of the selvege and left tab + tiny hole on bottom edge of 3rd stamp from the right.
