JNF 2nd issue stamp issue: left double-tab 10-stamp row of 1902 dark blue on blue Zion Stamp, marked Dd 1 & serial 113532 denoting 2nd printing Germany issue (16 Jan 1902); serrate rouletted; MNH & ungummed as issued; Roch 2H. Note: the paper is horizontally watermarked in cursive Hebrew "Keren Kayemet LeIsrael" & English JNF with a Star of David in between + vertically in Hebrew block letters ALEF-PAY with vowel marks - this undocumented. There is a small crease at bottom left corner of selvege.
