(1907 - ?) SS-Hauptsturmfuhrer and doctor at the Esterwegen and Oranienberg Concentration Camps, Adjutant to German Red Cross President Ernst Grawitz. Rare typed D.S., 1p. 4to., Potsdam, [1940], an expense report submitted to the Red Cross, approved by Berning at bottom who signs with an indelible pencil. WITH a T.L.S. on German Red Cross letterhead, 1p. oblong 8vo., Berlin, Jan. 24, 1938, signed by an unknown official. Two pieces.
