(1888 - 1954) German general and Hitler's Army Chief of Staff, the inventor of the blitzkrieg" who commanded Panzers in Poland and France, and the Russian campaign. War-date S.P., 3.25 x 5 in. b/w, a chest, up portrait by Hoffmann boldly signed in black ink at bottom. The verso bears an address in germany, Feldpost stamp, and a postal cancel of Oct. 16, 1943. Margins slightly trimmed, else fine. SOLD WITH: an award document, 1p. 8vo., Oct. 25, 1939, bearing Guderian's facsimile signature. Two pieces. "
