OTTO HEIDKAMPER
(1901 – 1969) German general who commanded several divisions. During the invasion of France he served as Chief of Staff to Erwin Rommel and his 7th Panzer Division. A recipient of the Knight's Cross. War-date S.P., 3.5 x 5.5 b/w, a candid pose in uniform while seated st s desk, boldly signed in blue ink adding rank and date 'Dez. 1944'. Fine.
