1941 BERLIN TELEPHONE DIRECTORY
Scarce, complete 1941 Berlin Telephone Directory in excellent condition. The 1,534 page book was the last such directory printed, and it included the addresses in its listings as well. It still listed all Jews remaining in Berlin, as well as Wehrmacht, SS, and NSDAP telephone numbers. Suppliers and manufacturers appear, as do hundreds of military leaders and civilian officials. In addition, the volume is stamped on the fore edges: 'Lw. Furungsstab' indicating it was used at Luftwaffe headquarters in Berlin by the executive staff. Cover slightly separating from the spine, else in much better condition than is usually found. An important research tool.
