GERMAN SOLDIER CORRESPONDENCE
Grouping of over 60 war-date letters, cards, etc. sent to German soldier Alois Kraml, largely from family members living in Anspach. All appear to have been sent to Kraml while he was at Feldpost no. 31864A which corresponds with Artillery Regiment 331 until Nov. 24, 1944 and Artillery Regiment 187 thereafter. All are unread by us. Generally good to very good. Thee 331 was a very heavy mortar regiment serving in northern Russia. It was disbanded and ended the war in the Kurland as part of the 187 Artillerie Regiment.
