'JUDISCHES NACHRICHTENBLATT' NEWSPAPER, BERLIN
Scarce edition of the 'Gemeindeblatt der Judischen Gemeinde zu Berlin' ('Community Newspaper of the Jewish Community of Berlin'), 16pp. sm. folio, Berlin, June 14, 1936. The masthead of the paper includes the exterior of the 'Neue Synagoge' ('New Synagogue') in Berlin. Largely unread by us, but news includes relations with Poland, 'the upcoming emigration conference', and community news. Of particular interest is a page of advertisements for apartments being rented by Jews to Jews as required by law.
