ANTI-SEMITIC, PRO-HITLER BROADSIDE IN OCCUPIED CZECHOSLOVAKIA
Raving Third Reich printed broadside in Czech, 9 x 12.25 in., hailing Adolf Hitler as the savior of Czechoslovakia and railing against Bolshevism, Jews, Freemasons, and Former President EDVARD BENES. It reads in part: 'Fellow Czech citizens! The Jews and the Masons led us into misfortune. Benes filled his pockets and ran away. Bolshevism promised them everything and [they] kept nothing. The only one who kept everything he promised was Adolf Hitler! He promised to help the Sudeten Germans...he will also assist in the economic construction of the Sudetenland. We will have all the benefits that a German citizen has. Higher salaries! Economic prosperity!...Order and peace! Preserving our nationality!...' Folds, one tiny chip at right edge, two pin holes, else very good.
