JEWISH WOMEN'S IDENTITY BOOKS FROM LATVIA
Pair of identity books issued to Jewish women living in German-occupied Latvia during World War I. Each 'pass is printed in both German and Hebrew, and the holder is pictured within. A description is provided, as well as the holder's fingerprint. Both are in very good condition. Of course, if these women survived until the next war, they would undoubtedly have been murdered by the Nazis.
