JAPANESE LIEUTENANT COLONEL'S SHOULDER BOARDS Excellent pair of Japanese lieutenant colonel's shoulder boards, each 3.5 x 1 in. and trimmed in gold bullion and gold wire ribbon, with two gold stars affixed to each. The boards are hand-stitched to leather backings. Very good.
