JAPANESE OFFICER'S VISOR CAP
Japanese officer's woolen visor cap, with a light tan wool body lined with red piping, as well as a red wool band, the front of which bears a single age-darkened gold star. The black faux-leather visor still holds the faux-leather chinstrap, secured to the sides of the cap with a matching pair of star-shaped buttons. The interior contains a brown faux-leather sweatband, size marked '7' by a hole punch towards the right side, as well as a tan cloth lining, which bears some sweat stains and an unidentified ink marking in kanji, potentially the soldier's name. Clearly worn, commensurate with frequent use, with mothing to the red band, and appreciable spots of staining throughout.
