THIRD REICH REGULATES 'SABOTAGE' IN THE PROTECTORATE OF BOHEMIA AND MORAVIA
Rare original Third Reich printed broadside in German and Czech on very thin paper, 24.5 x 37 in., Prague, Aug. 26, 1939, implementing regulations about 'sabotage' within the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, in German-occupied Czechoslovakia. Most notably, the document declares the conditions of sabotage to be 'any disruption to public life or the economy', and orders these cases to be handled by German military courts, authorizing these courts to issue executions in 'serious cases' and to seize assets in every case. The upper-half is signed in type by KONSTANTIN VON NEURATH, the Reich Protector of Bohemia and Moravia before Reinhard Heydrich's appointment, while the lower-half is signed in type by WILHELM KEITEL as Chief of the Armed Forces. Some folds, creases, and cockling, else fine condition.
