PAUL MAGLOIRE
(1907-2001) Haitian president from 1950 to 1956. His black ink signature on a piece of cream cardstock, 7 x 9.5 in., adding 'President of Haiti' and '16 Sept. 1956', beneath a mounted waist-up portrait of Magliore in a business suit. Light creases, else fine. Sold with a forwarding A.N.S. from his wife, YVETTE MAGLIORE, enclosing the photograph , and adding: 'You will receive mine upon my return to Haiti.
