BENJAMIN LORD
BENJAMIN LORD (1694 - 1784) Pastor of the First Church of Norwich, an important revivalist with great influence in the colonial-era church. Rare A.L.S. 1p. 8vo., Norwich, Mar. 22, 1737 to a fellow minister asking that he counsel and advise a youth going forth in the world and that he introduce him to appropriate company. Some stains, one affecting signature, else very good.
